BOOM Esports – Going All the Way?

BOOM Esports have come out of nowhere this past split. No new roster changes, just a team that has decided to crack the code and level up against the competition.
For those unaware, after finishing 9-12th at VCT Pacific Kickoff, this team used the down time to improve for Stage 1. Accordingly, BOOM Esports dominated Group Alpha, winning over the best Pacific teams in Gen.G and DRX.
Although they’ve gotten this far, now they’re facing the VALORANT betting odds and the best Pacific teams in the world. Moreover, the esports odds favour Gen.G over them in this next match – it’s up to them to prove them wrong.
Regardless, BOOM is looking to finish at least third and show up in Toronto.
T1 – Defending Champs
Group Omega at VCT Pacific Stage 1 featured four teams with a 3-2 record. One of these teams is T1, the recent international champions at VCT Masters Bangkok after finishing at VCT Pacific Kickoff – one of the best VALORANT teams this season.
Losing to RRQ and TALON, the Pacific teams don’t really care about T1’s recent international win.
Bearing this in mind, although T1 has the potential and evidence of greatness, they’ll have to earn another seed to the international stage.
Gen.G & DRX – Staple Pacific

Naturally, while there are multiple contenders at VCT Pacific Playoffs, esports odds will be favouring Gen.G and DRX.
Historically, these teams have always contended with international placements and are favourites to make it to Toronto.
Recently, Gen.G finished 3rd at VCT Pacific Kickoff while DRX won VCT Pacific Kickoff. Together with strong Group Stage placements, these are teams to consider for your VALORANT betting decisions.
